Laverna Senior Living LLC is a skilled nursing facility that provides care to short-term rehab, long-term care, respite, and hospice care.
We are currently seeking LPN Nurses or Registered Nurses for Charge Nurse positions to provide resident care, complete assessments, coordinate care with physician and oversee the nursing staff on duty.
Laverna Senior Living utilizes several tools to improve efficiency of care including electronic medical records and electronic emergency medication kit.
